Tony's Pita journey began a decade ago when Tony, the owner of award-winning restaurants in London, worked at Greek restaurants in the beautiful city of Vouliagmeni, situated not far from the Greek capital of Athens. Tony gained experience, knowledge, and the "secrets" of serving Greek food through his hard work at local restaurants.

However, in his heart, he always dreamed of having his own restaurant. The Greek economic situation and crisis, however, made him step back and hesitate to start his own business at that time. Life, however, held an opportunity for him.

It was then that he, together with his family, came to London for a visit and fell in love with the city. After some time, in 2015, Tony decided to make the big move and settle in London with his family. Although in a different city and culture with a lot of changes, one thing didn't change – Tony's dream of having his own restaurant became even bigger and closer to becoming true. After some time studying and exploring, searching for the right area, Tony, with the full support of his family, decided to open his first restaurant, Tony's Pita, near Swiss Cottage, and the dream was taking shape.

Through sheer determination and the backing of his family, everything was falling into place, and day by day, Tony’s Pita was becoming well-known in the community. The hard work led to Tony's having more than one dream, more than one restaurant. Things were progressing very well, and his goal to serve food at the highest standards, trying to make everyone happy and satisfied with the service and quality, established him in the community. Tony’s Pita expanded to Swiss Cottage, Palmer’s Green, and Ealing Broadway.

But the dream doesn't stop there. Tony's Pita was nominated as the winner of the Best Greek Restaurant 2021 at the British Kebab Awards in London. A year later, they doubled down and won Best Greek Restaurant 2022 at the British Kebab Awards, and in 2023, they received the 'Highly Commended' British Kebab Award in London.

And here we are today, five years later. Tony’s restaurants are spreading Greek cuisine in a multicultural city like London. With thousands of people monthly savoring Mediterranean food, Tony’s restaurants aren’t just offering high-quality dishes but also sharing culture, tradition, and the authentic taste of Greece with people from all over the world.
