We are looking to recruit a permanent full-time or part-time Bookkeeper for our office in North London, N11 1GN.
This is an excellent opportunity for a bookkeeper that wants to work in an autonomous, varied accounts role.
Requirements
- Double-entry bookkeeping knowledge
- Good analytical skills and dealing with numbers
- Excellent computer skills, including Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel
- Ability to perform ledgers reconciliations
- Organised and methodical
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and under minimum supervision
- Self-motivated and career-driven individual
- Excellent command of English and Greek language, both verbal and written
- One year’s experience in a similar position
Knowledge of VT software will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct bookkeeping and data processing for the Firm’s clients
- Handling correspondence with clients related to accounting and administration
- Purchase/sales ledger management
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of Annual Accounts
- Preparation of payroll and social contribution payments/compliance
- General Office administration work
- Meeting deadlines and dealing with client queries on time
