We are Party Wall Surveyors based in North London, and we cover London, Hertfordshire, Essex and the surrounding counties.

We would like to indicate that even if you feel that your location is further than the areas specified above, you can still get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All our Surveyors are members of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and follow the FPWS code of conduct.

All our Surveyors also hold RICS accredited Degrees in Building & Surveying and other areas of Construction related Degrees.

As a business we cover both Commercial and Residential projects.

We would like to remind both loyal and new customers that we are dedicated at providing a professional service.

We also make home visits to discuss your proposed Party Wall works.
